Ned Rumpeltes
Ned successfully purchased the family owned business from his father, and grew Rumpeltes Enterprises through the acquisition of an additional 7 businesses in the western part of the U.S. He then successfully sold that business to a national manufacturer of office products.
Since the sale of the business, Ned has been involved with an array of businesses seeking his consulting and management skills at putting successful teams together for business owners and investment groups.

Ray Lawton
Through gifting, Ray and Gary Lawton received two companies from the family businesses. The businesses were grown into national organizations through acquisitions and adding several divisions.
The larger of the two companies, Lawton Printing was successfully turned over to the 4th generation of Lawton’s several years ago. Ray is still working with the second company, File EZ Folder, Inc. in consultation with his daughter Laura.
Ray has been working with families in the Spokane area informally for 4 years helping them to understand the possibilities for successful transitions.
